Q: I forgot my password what do I do?
A: To have your password emailed to you go to the login page and click on "forgot your password" and then enter in the email address that you signed up for your account with. The password will be emailed to you right away. Once you receive it go back to the login page and enter it with your email address. Back to Top.

Q: How do I reset my account password?
A: Login to the site using your old password, if you can't remember it click on "forgot your password" on the login page and it will be emailed to you, then click on "Change Password" in the left navigation. You will be asked to enter your old password and then the new password twice then click "Change Password". This will update your account with your new password. Back to Top.

Q: I don't have my old email address anymore. How can I update it on your site?
A: Login to the site using your old email address, then click on "Change Email" in the left navigation. You will be asked to enter your new email address twice then click "Change Contact Email". This will update your account with your new email address. Back to Top.

Q: How do I edit my contact information?
A: To update your contact information, click the "Account Info" link on the left hand navigation. Clicking the link will take you to the main account page, where you can review and update all information associated with your account. To update your contact information click "Save". Back to Top.

Q: Can I have multiple accounts using the same email address?
A: You can only have one account per email address. To have multiple accounts, you will need to obtain additional email addresses. Back to Top.

Q: Will my contact information be sold to third parties?
A: Cumulus will not disclose to any third party your name, address, email address or telephone number without your consent, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant. Back to Top.

Finding Jobs

Q: How can I find jobs on CumulusJobs.com?
A: There are three ways you can start searching for jobs: Click on "Search for Jobs" in the left hand navigation and then select either "Search by Job Category", "Search by Company" or "View all Jobs" in the region. Back to Top.

Q: How can I get more information about a job posting?
A: Since employers post their own jobs, they are responsible for the information in the job listing. For more information on a job, we recommend that you contact the employer in question. If an employer has omitted a way to contact them, please contact us and we will ask the employer to update the job posting as soon as possible. Note: Although most jobs are listed for 30 days, employers can remove their job postings whenever they like. Back to Top.

Posting a Resume

Q: How do I post my Resume?
A: To post your resume, you need to first register by clicking on "Job Seeker Login" and then "Create an Account" from the home page or click here to begin right now. Here you will enter your name and all your contact information.

Once you have registered, click on "Upload your Resume" from the left hand navigation. Follow the directions to browse to the file on your computer and click "Upload Resume". Back to Top.

Internet Explorer for Windows

  2. On the general tab, under browsing history click the Delete button.
  3. For Version 7 click the delete cookies button on the pop up box.
  4. Click yes on the warning screen.
  5. Close this window. Click OK on Settings. Click OK on Internet Options.
  6. Close Internet Explorer before accessing CumulusJobs again.

Internet Explorer for Macintosh

  1. On the Edit menu, click Preferences.
  2. Click Cookies.
  3. Click the Cookie that you want to delete.
  4. Click Delete, and Click OK.
  5. Close Internet Explorer before accessing CumulusJobs again.

Netscape for Windows

  1. Go to Program Files, Netscape, Users, your current user profile folder, and locate the file called cookies.
  2. Right-click it and select Delete.
  3. Close Netscape before accessing CumulusJobs again.

  1. Go to your System Folder, open Preferences, and open Netscape Users. Locate the Magic Cookie file.
  2. Put it in the trash, and then empty the trash.
